I think it’s time I revisited My First Meditation. This is be a breath awareness meditation for beginners. I wrote the script some time ago. I even tested it with a couple of people who were more experienced meditators than myself. But I was never satisfied with the pacing, so I set it aside.
But my health has been improving lately. So I’m revisiting it, and rehearsing, and determined to get it right. Cross your fingers, pray real hard, and hopefully I’ll be able to make the recording available by the end of May.
