You Can Enjoy Eating Healthy
This unique hypnosis program is based on my own experience learning to prepare meals that support my fitness goals. This program helps you visualize the process of setting a goal for yourself, discovering your own unique nutritional needs, and then discovering and preparing meals to support your goals and needs. Throughout the program, positive feelings of enthusiasm, enjoyment and satisfaction are connected to the process of discovering, planning, and preparing healthy meals.

Instructions are given for mindful eating and being attentive to your body’s response to foods so you can discover hidden allergies or food intolerances. Suggestions are also given for self confidence, positive self talk, and reducing social eating during holiday gatherings.

Post-hypnotic suggestions: Set a goal for yourself. Enjoy the process of discovering and preparing healthy meals. Eat mindfully. Be mindful of your body. Be confident that you can achieve your goal.
