Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges will only be issued if all of the following conditions are met:
- Less than 7 days have passed since the initial purchase
- You have not attempted to download the product. (Yes, the computer tells me how many times you’ve downloaded the product.
- You request the refund/exchange with the same email address as the purchase OR you supply the Order ID number.
There are no refunds or exchanges after the product is downloaded (except when technical glitches cause duplicate purchases.)
Incomplete Downloads
If you have difficulty downloading the product within the first 30 days, contact me, and I will reset the download permissions.
Replacements for Lost Files
Hypnotic Dreams allows one replacement download for each file purchased. You must request the replacement file within 5 years of the initial purchase and supply either the original purchase email OR the Order ID number.
Didn’t Receive the Discount Coupon
Hypnotic Dreams issues discount coupons in exchange for substantive reviews ( > 100 words.). If you posted a review for your previous purchase and didn’t receive the coupon towards your next purchase, contact me before making your next purchase,
